- Is European Union really upgrading EaP initiative or downgrading it, making even less ambitious then it was at EaP inaugural summit in Prague back in 2009?
- Do we need to refresh EaP or significantly renew it?
- Is there a risk that instead of “more for more” approach we will in fact get “less for more” policy?”
