Leo Litra became the invited speaker of the event “Eastern Partnership in the next decade: towards new ambitious deliverables” and stated that the EU needs to boost security cooperation with the Eastern Partnership countries, as well as develop strategic approach to relations, namely by making available for the EaP states the framework that is currently applied in the Western Balkans.

The New Europe Center became the co-organizer of the event from Ukrainian side. The other organizers included  Institutul pentru Politici și Reforme Europene, DGAP – Deutsche Gesellschaft für Auswärtige Politik e.V., ECFR, Institut für Europäische Politik, Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum.
