In mid-April, the New Europe Center in partnership with the European Council of Foreign Relations (ECFR) organized a study visit of top European experts from 10 European countries to Kyiv. Among them were heads of influential think tanks, former ministers, advisers to presidents and prime ministers, authoritative columnists.

The delegation have met with:

• Minister of Foreign Affairs;
• Diplomatic adviser to the President;
• Secretary of the NSDC;
• Deputy Ministers of Defense and Regional Development.

During the visit, 3 closed expert discussions were held, where European guests could hear the voice of colleagues from Ukraine.

According to Alyona Getmanchuk, Director of the New Europe Center, voices in different state institutions sounded synchronously and were clearly about the most critical needs of Ukraine and the vision of the further struggle. Wherever the delegation was – in the Foreign Ministry or in the Ministry of Regional Development – they heard equally clear signals about the number one need: more units of aire defense sysytems and missiles to them to protect people in Ukrainian cities.
