“The outbreak of the full-scale war has challenged the image of the EU and NATO in the minds of Ukrainians. NATO’s response has not lived up to Ukrainians’ expectations of unity and power. On the contrary, the EU has been agile, reacted quickly and made very courageous decisions. The European Union’s mobilization and support for Ukraine is one of the main reasons for Ukraine’s resilience from the first months of the war and up to the present”.
