“The mere fact that Ukrainian and American delegations finally managed to reach an agreement on signing the deal is positive per se because it will decrease lots of tensions in American-Ukrainian relations, which occurred recently. The final draft of the agreement is really positive. Therefore, it’s good that Kyiv and Washington are moving forward.”
