How the Change of Power in South Korea Will Affect Relations with Ukraine

“The shift in approach by South Korea’s new president distances the prospect of strengthening military-technical cooperation between Kyiv and Seoul. It also raises concerns over the future level of support for Ukraine and the development of joint strategies to deter Russia–North Korea military cooperation. Nevertheless, Ukraine should seek ways to engage with South Korea based on the pragmatic diplomatic guidelines outlined by Lee Jae Myung.”
