The New Europe Center in partnership with “National Interest Advocacy Network “ANTS” NGO invites to participate in the online-presentation and discussion of the discussion paper “Defence co-production of Ukraine: from wartime necessity to strategic industry”.
Key topic of the discussion: “Arms production investments. Are Western partners ready to strengthen Ukraine’s defense capabilities?”
During the event, the participants will discuss:
- Trends in the development of joint production and innovation in Ukraine’s defense sector.
- Key challenges for the establishment of a fully-fledged joint production industry.
- Investments in joint production and the defense sector as part of long-term security guarantees for Ukraine.
Discussion paper will be presented by Leonid Litra, Senior Research Fellow at New Europe Center, Visiting Fellow at ECFR.
