On November 24, the New Europe Center and European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) held a public discussion “Summing up the Results of the Eastern Partnership Summit: What conclusions for Ukraine?”

At the event Andrew Wilson launched his report “Partners for life: Europe’s unanswered ‘Eastern Question’. This brief examines the state of the EaP as it enters a new and important phase in its evolution. The paper focuses on Ukraine, the largest of the six EaP states and symbolic in its significance for the EU’s power to influence its neighbourhood.
Leonid Litra presented the recommendations for upgrading the Eastern Partnership, developed together with Georgian and Moldovan colleagues, and already presented in Brussels.
