The period between the US election and the new president’s inauguration in January could, according to Kyiv, offer an «opportunity» for Joe Biden. He has a chance to make history by passing on an invitation to join NATO as his legacy. This would correct the mistakes of the former democratic administrations that contributed to the denuclearization of Ukraine.
