New Europe Center together with the GMF organized the workshop on the civil society in the Eastern Partnership states, in particular in Ukraine.

The event was part of a larger effort to study new civic actors in Eastern Partnership countries, the engagement of civil society with wider society and new donor-society relationship trends.
