“Ukrainians believe less and less in their western partners, in international organizations. They despair of the lack of solutions that would be necessary and effective for the security and defenсe of the country. The realization is gaining ground that unless Ukraine is invited to NATO it can only rely on its own strength. In the context of security guarantees, nuclear weapons seem to be for increasing number of Ukrainians as a good thing”.
