“Ukraine is able to mobilize when there is a specific goal to achieve. However, war is the main obstacle to joining the EU. Because if not the best scenario for Ukraine happens, the European Union does not want cases like Cyprus, when some of the problems remain even though Cyprus has become part of the European Union”.

Leonid Litra, Senior Research Fellow at New Europe during the interview for RBC-Ukraine, talked about:
