The New Europe Center organized a study tour of European and American thought leaders to Ukraine on October 1 – 4. The tour brought a mixed delegation of 13 experts, journalists, and representatives of international organizations to take a closer look at the political, economic, and social developments in the country.

This tour took place under the auspices of the German Marshall Fund of the United States as part of its ongoing efforts to further push the dialogue on a comprehensive and sustained approach of the Euro-Atlantic community to the Black Sea region.
