The recommendations were prepared on the basis of over twenty policy papers on Ukraine’s relations with neighbours within “Ukraine’s foreign policy audit” project, six policy studies on Ukraine’s partners in the EU within the project “Atrophy of trophies. How Can Ukraine Take Advantage of the Vulnerabilities of Russian Policies in the EU?”, other research and expert consultations conducted by NEC.
