
“Overall, the document is underdeveloped and vague. Russia has violated much more detailed agreements in the past, and this one practically invites Moscow to launch a new wave of aggression after a short break”.
This was stated by Sergiy Solodkyy, Director of the New Europe Center, in an interview with HotNews.ro (one of Romania’s largest online media).
He also pointed out the traps embedded by Russia in the peace plan, spoke about possible manipulations with guarantees, the failure to consider long-term consequences, the reaction of Ukrainian society, and the importance of the EU’s role in the negotiation process.
