
On October 9, 2026, the New Europe Center together with the French Institute of International Relations (IFRI) will hold the V Ukraine-France Forum in Paris.
This year’s Forum will focus on these main issues:
- Towards a Diplomatic Settlement? Actors, Formats and Conditions for a Lasting Peace
- Ukraine’s Euro-Atlantic Integration: EU Accession and Relations with NATO
- Post-War Ukraine: Societal and Elite Transformations and Recovery Prospects
