The Ukraine-France Forum is an annual platform for government officials, independent experts and business representatives to exchange views and experiences on the development of relations between Ukraine and France. The main goal of the events is to strengthen the understanding and partnership between countries and to convey key messages and needs of Ukraine through an open dialogue between leaders from various spheres. During the panel discussions, the speakers have the opportunity to discuss a number of crucial topics, including military and security issues, reforms and recovery of Ukraine, the role of Ukrainian society in the country’s transformation, and many others.
The events always attract high interest among Ukrainian and French officials and representatives of civil society. Keynote speeches at the Forums were delivered by:

All the Forums are held jointly with the New Europe Center’s long-standing partner, the French Institute of International Relations (Institut français des relations internationales Ifri).
The I Ukraine-France Forum was organized in partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and supported by Naftogaz and the Federation of Oil and Gas Employers for improving the perception of Ukraine in France and building Ukrainian-French dialogue.
The II Ukraine-France Forum was organized with the support of the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the International Renaissance Foundation, and USAID, and in partnership with the Office of the Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine.
The III Ukraine-France Forum was organized with support of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The IV Ukraine-France Forum was organized with the support of French ministry of European and Foreign Affairs. For this event, the New Europe Center was supported by the International Renaissance Foundation
