On December 7, the New Europe Center held the 10th German breakfast in Kyiv on the topic “Zeitenwende: What place does Ukraine occupy in Germany’s foreign policy?” – a private event for Ukrainian and German experts and officials, organized in partnership with the Institute of European Politics (Berlin).
