ANNOUNCEMENT: Presentation of the results of the study “European map-3. Rating of European integration of Ukrainian regions”
8 October 2021, 12:25

New Europe invites you to the presentation of a unique annual report prepared by analysts of the Center in cooperation with the Government Office for Coordination on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration.

“Euromap-3” is the third annual comprehensive study on the progress of Ukraine’s regions to European integration. The ranking is composed on the base of 49 indicators in 9 areas, and serves as an objective tool for evaluation of region’s progress and as well as an important source of information for both think tank researchers and the government.

You can find out more about the “Euromap of Ukraine” project, two previous reports, and the presentations of the study in Kyiv and regions here.

In three years, the study has evolved from an initiative that met the lack of understanding in the beginning, to a study which indicators and results are now being perceived as a measurement of the development and progress of regions in the European direction.

The year of the pandemic had an impact on the obtained results, though despite last year’s difficulties, there are regions that have demonstrated good results. We invite you to the presentation to talk about the successes as well as “non-successes” of Ukraine’s European integration at the regional level.
