ANNOUNCEMENT: III Ukraine-France Forum
28 March 2024, 16:00

On April 4, 2024, the New Europe Center together with the French Institute of International Relations (IFRI) will hold the III Ukraine-France Forum in Paris.

This year’s Forum will focus on three main issues:

  • How the “War of attrition” can be won by Ukraine?
  • Army, elites, society: can the “sacred union” be shattered?
  • Big Euroatlantic deal for Ukraine: perspectives for the EU and NATO accession

The opening speech of the Forum will be held by Dmytro Kuleba, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, who also spoke at the first Ukrainian-French Forum in February 2022.

The main goal of the Ukrainian-French forums is to create a platform for the opinion exchange between government officials, parliamentarians and independent experts who deal with military, political, security, economic and energy problems common to Ukraine, France and Europe in general.

The broadcast will be carried out on the New Europe Center Facebook page in Ukrainian. The duration of the event is 14:30-19:45.
